It becomes a key solution for the struc- tural evolution and gradual reduction of social and economic crises. Vocational training has to be up to support the graduates having various levels and types of education and professional qualification of educational system (more than 150,000 a year); workers and players in the informal sector actually underemployed and which are about 84.74 of the labour force, nearly 7.5 million people.As such, MINEFOP intends to improve the supply of employability and continuing education, in connection with the ministries having specific needs. This will include, among others, setting across the entire territory trades training facilities of various types and levels. A strong involvement of socio-economic and professional circles will be sought for better fit training/employment and stan- dards/quality through programmes developed and implemented in accordance with the compe- tence-based approach, and work-linked training.
