339Technical AspectsTHE INVESTOR’S CIRCUIT:Until recently, many investors considered the crea- tion of companies in Cameroon as an almost unrealistic venture due to the prevalent fastidious and heavy Administrative bottle necks. In a bid to overcome these barriers, the Prime Minister, Head of Government on March 18th, 2011 issued new directives in line with the Administrative formalities necessary for the creation of enterprises in Cameroon. This step geared at improving the business environment aims at eradicating the numerous obstacles faced by potential local and foreign investors in Cameroon.Consequently, the rules governing the organisation of the centres in charge of the necessary formalities required for the creation of companies were jointly set by the Vice Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice , Keeper of the Seals, the Minister of Finance and the Minister Small and Medium Size Enterprises, Social Economy and Art crafts.CREATION OF A COMPANY IN 72 HOURS:ORGANISATION OF A CFCCThe assembly of diverse public administrations in a specific geographical location involved in the creation of company involves the following:• A Home Service• A Finance and administrative Service compri-sed of :o The Coordinator’s Office o The Treasuryo The Taxation Serviceo The Registry Service.o National Social Security Fund Service (CNPS) o The Archive Service.PROCEDURE ONCE AT THE CENTRE:The potential investor (Promoter) arriving Cameroon with the intention of legally creating a company is subject to following chronological observations as per to the flow of files:HOME SERVICE:This service informs users on the required documents to be produced, on the procedure to be respected within Cameroon, how to properly fill the Registration Forms at Registry of Commerce and Liens (RCCM).
