The role ties in naturally with the Agency's com- mitment to promote good practice. Many plat- forms have been set up for this purpose to record denunciation and any other alerts that may pre- vent vitiated attributions.
Missions of monitoring, regulation and evalua- tion of the system will require from ARMP to
dispose and manage a documentary data- base of the most comprehensive. In this context, the Agency has set up a system for collecting documents generated by the system throughout the national territory. To this device, is associated a process to feed both the dedi- cated database, and archives on Public Contracts housed within it; archives whose quality, volume and conservation system are guaranteed by a rigorous organization.
ARMP has made digitalization the engine of its entry into the so-called second-generation regula- tion (regulation 2.0) through its open and multi- platform integrated management information sys- tem for public contracts called Pridesoft.
In addition to facilitating access to information on Public Contracts, the digital solution speeds up the process of publishing calls for tenders and helps to improve morals by fighting fraud. In this order of contribution, Pridesoft has allo- wed the ARMP to achieve annual savings of about 108 million FCFA, including ensuring the authenticity of the documents produced such as the Certificate of non-exclusion of the public order (CNE).
This technological feat developed internally won the ARMP the “Technology Innovation Award” at the 10th edition of the National Days of Management in Cameroon, following a highly selective competition to which took part fifty or so innovative public and private companies n
