ever, in the Gulf of Guinea, a drilling barge for SAIPEM Company of ENI/AGIP Group. Today, it has a key asset “the Limbe Petroleum Yard” and to deal with any need of its sector of activity. The project is part of the achievement of the ‘Great Ambitions’ of the third millennium of H.E.Mr Paul Biya, the President of the Republic.
A new managing took over the management of the CNIC in May 2014, with, among others, the purpose of turning round and esta- blishing a healthy and rigorous management, so as to enable the company to regain a state of optimal profitability. The plan of action for the new year underlines the increase in output and the efficiency of the facilities of the company. In the centre of the sales support and implementation of 2015, there is the consolidation of the customer portfolio through the development of the pre- sent customer’s loyalty, the recovery of old customers and the search of new markets. It will require reaching a great number of ship’s managers and tankers present or crossing regularly in the sub-region, in a way to make Cameroon a stronghold for ship construction and repair in the Gulf of Guinea n
