                 INDUSTRIAL ZONES
The Industrial Zones Development and Management Authority (MAGZI) is responsible for developing and managing industrial zones all over Cameroon and equips them with all necessary infra- structures. Renting rates for parcels are the following:
IN DOUALA
Entirely developed
Bonaberi: 680.00 F/m2/year
Bassa: 480.00 F/m2/year
Partly developed
Bonaberi: 480.50 F/m2/year
IN LIMBE
Ombe (free industrial zone): 700.00 F/m2/year
As for other industrial zones in the towns of Yaounde, Bafoussam, Garoua and Ngaoundere, they are partly developed and let for a flat rate of 200.00 F/m2/year.

LOW TENSION CONSUMERS
Rates applicable to low tension customers are divided into two categories: domestic block and other use block.
Domestic use
• For consumptions lower than or equal to 110 kWh a month, the rate is 50 F per kWh.
• For consumptions between 111 kWh and 400 kWh a month, the rate is 70 kWh.
• For consumptions between 401 kWh and 800 kWh a month, the rate is 80 F/kWh.
• For consumptions above 800 kWh a month, the rate is 85 F/kWh.
Other use
• For consumptions lower than or equal to 110 kWh a month, the rate is 75 F/kWh
• For consumptions between 111 kWh and 400 kWh a month, the rate is 80 F/kWh.
• For consumptions between 401 kWh and 1 000 kWh a month, the rate is 85 F/kWh.
• For consumptions above 1 000 kWh a month, the rate is 92 F/kWh.
